Day One

This is only my first day on the anti-candida diet and already I am frustrated. My eyes weren't near as swollen when I woke up this morning but I once again have a backache (upper), headache, and calf pain. In the afternoon my back started in the middle, just like I did before I had what felt like a gallbladder attack. Luckily it went away. But the headache is killing me. I was so glad that it was gone. I hope it's a sign that I am healing - die off or something, and not caused by something other than candida in my body slowly dying. I just want to wake up tomorrow and be pain free.
